This is the personal web page of me, Mike Thompson.  I have this web site for a handful of reasons.  First, I enjoy messing around with simple little web design programs like the one I used to make this page.  Very cool for folks who don’t spend a lot of time learning about computer code.   I also needed a place where some family and friends could keep track of my schedule and goings on.   And...I thought I could offer a place where interested people could find information about drums and drummers.  Lastly, I’ve always wished that I had kept better records of the gigs and shows I’ve done over the years.  I decided that a blog/photo journal page would be a reasonable place to do this, and anyone who cares can take a peek if they wish.
